A: Click on the TRAINING tab and read "How Tune-uP Works".
Q: I'm already a trained, Version 1 web-based software user and need to setup my account to use the NEW Home Tune-uP software - what do I do?
A: Either watch the setup video or read the written setup instructions to complete the 5-step Inspector Account Setup Process.
Watch the Setup Video in one of two formats: Over the Web or Download and Watch (14.2 MB) or follow the Written Instructions
(If you encounter problems with either video format, try the other format.)
Once all 5 steps have been completed, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days to grant access to the Home Tune-uP software.
